Effects of Strain Fermentation in Sub-health Rats with Sleep-Deprivation
Object:To investigate the effect of Hirsutella sinensis strain fermentation on sub-health rats with sleep-deprivation.Methods: Continuous sleep deprivation of 96 hours caused sub-health in rats. After Hirsutella sinensis strain fermentation administration
the rats are detected those index
such as weight
organ index
blood pH
PaO2
SO2%
SOD and MDA. Results:The experimental result indicate that fermentation of Hirsutella sinensis strain can improve physical sign
gain weight
regulate blood pH
enhance PaO2 and SO2%
improve hepatic and renal function
retrieve free radical metabolism in sub-health rats. Conclusion: Hirsutella sinensis strain fermentation is benefit to sub-health rats.
