Effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injections Prepared by Two Different Crafts on the Cellular Immune Function in S-bearing Mice
Objective:To compare effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injections prepared by two different crafts on the cellular immune function in S180-bearing Mice.Methods: 42 tumor-bearing mice randomly divided into five groups:the model group
the high dose group(8 g·kg-1) and the clinical equivalent dose group(4 g·kg-1) of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on current craft
the high dose group(8 g·kg-1) and the clinical equivalent dose group(4 g·kg-1) of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on previous craft.The model group was given physiological saline by intraperitoneal injection once a day
while the other groups was given different Shenqi Fuzheng Injections in the same way.7 days later
blood sample was taken from the vena orbitalis posterior of the mice and blood count and the subpopulation of T lymphocyte were determined.Results: The counts of the white blood cell and lymphocyte in four Shenqi Fuzheng Injection groups were higher than the model group
and the difference between the 4 g·kg-1 group of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on current craft and the model group was very significant(P<0.01)
and in the 4 g·kg-1 groups
the count of lymphocyte in the current craft group was significantly higher than the previous one(P<0.05).The ratio of CD4+ T lymphocyte in the 4 g·kg-1 group on current craft was significantly higher than the model one(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the ratio of the subpopulation of T lymphocyte on the current craft and the previous one at the same dose.Conclusion: In clinical equivalent dose(4 g·kg-1)
the Shenqi Fuzheng Injection prepared by the current craft could enhance the counts of the white blood cell and lymphocyte and the radio of CD4+ T lymphocyte
and the effectiveness was better than or equal to the previous craft.
