Protection on Myocardial Ischemia and Reperfusion Injury in Anesthetized Rat by Hairy Root
The protection on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury in intact rats by Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy root was investigated.The result showed that the protection induced by Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy root reduced the incidence of ventricular tachycardia(VT) and ventricular fibrillation(VF) during the period of ischemia and reperfusion
the rise of plasma level of LDH
MDA decreased and the activity of SOD increased.However
there is no significant different between the hairy root and Salvia miltiorrhiza.
