Objective:To optimize the technological condition of Ethanol percolating for Xiaoqinglong Patch.Method: The content of Ephedrinehydrochloride and Paeoniflorin extracted
which were regarded as chemical markers
were assayed by HPLC.Furthermore basis of initial research
the general content data determined were used to optimize the percolating extraction processing conditions by orthogonal Sampling design.Result: The optimum extraction condition was that the medicinal materials was soaked with 55% alcohol for 12h
then was percolated with 10 times amount of 55% alcohol and the percolating speed was 30 mL·min-1·kg-1.Conclusion: The content of Ephedrinehydrochloride and Paeoniflorin extracted by the the extraction process
were highest
and the optimiazed process is stable and efficient.
