摘要

目的:建立调血降脂丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含量。色谱柱为DiamonsiL C18;流动相为甲醇-水(87∶13);流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为270nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在(0.11～0.65)μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r=0.9991);平均加样回收率为100.1%(n=5)

RSD=0.3%。结论:该法灵敏、准确

重复性好

可作为调血降脂丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。

Abstract

Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill.Medthod:The determination was performed on a DiamonsiL C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm

5 μm).The mobiLe phase was a mixture of methanol-water(87∶13)

the fLow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wave length was at 270 nm.Result:The linear ranges of tanshinone ⅡA were at(0.11～0.65)μg(r=(0.999 1));The average recovery was 100.1%

RSD=0.3%(n=5).ConcLusion: The method is sensitive

accurate and reproducible.It can be used to determine the content of tanshinone ⅡA in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill.
