Determination of Chlorogenic Acid、Baicalin and Phillyrin in Shuanghuanglian in-situ Gel by HPLC
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid、baicalin and phillyrin in Shuanghuanglian in-situ gel.Method:Samples were analyzed by Kromasil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm
5 μm)with acetonitrile-water(containing 0.4% phosphonic acid) as mobile phases in gradient elution
235 nm as detected wave-length
1.0 mL/min as flow-rate
30 ℃ as temperature of column
10 μL as injected volume.Results:The contents of three components
chlorogenic acid、baicalin and phillyrin
were determined by the given method.Conclusion:[WTBZ]The method was rapid
convenient
and accurate
and is suitable for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian in-situ gel.
