Determination of Total Flavonoids in Gubaoxinshen Tablets by UV Spectrophotometry
Objective:To determin the total Flavonoids in Gubaoxinshen Tablets and to control the quality of the preparation.Method: The contents of total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry with a detection wavelength at 270 nm.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.55~20.44 μg·mL-1.The regression equation was Y=0.037 359X+0.000 443(r=0.999 9) for icarrin.The average recovery was 99.2%
and RSD was 0.97%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate for the determination of the total flavonoids in Gubaoxinshen Tablets
and can be used as one of the quality control methods for the Gubaoxinshen Tablets.
