Determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Sanglongligan Granule by RP-HPLC
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Sanglongligan granule.Methods: The samples were separated at 30 ℃ on an XB-C18 column with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(81.5∶18.5)as mobile phase.Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.Results: The calibration curves of modin and chrysophanol were linear in the range of 5.15~103.0 ng
40.08~801.6 ng and the average recoveries were 101.8% and 101.7%
respectively.Conclusion: The method was reliable
accurate and specific.It could be used for the quality control of Sanglongligan granule.
