摘要

目的:建立复方天麻胶囊的定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中的五味子和麦冬

采用高效液相色谱法测定天麻中天麻素的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中五味子和麦冬能得到很好的鉴别;天麻素在(0.121～1.93)μg线性关系良好

平均回收率为99.2%

RSD为2.0%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确、简便、重复性好

可用于复方天麻胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the methods of qualitative and quantitative for Fufangtianma Capsule.Methods: Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis

Radix Ophiopgonis were ieentified by TLC

and the content of Gastrodin in the preparation was determined by HPLC.Results:Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis

Radix Ophiopgonis could be identified well by TLC.The regression curve of gastrodin showed a good linear relationship in the range of(0.121～1.93) μg.The average recovery was 99.2%

RSD was 2.0%.Conclusion: The method is accurate

simple and has good repeatability.It can be used for quality control of Fufangtianma capsule.
