摘要

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定祛痹舒肩丸中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C

18柱(4.0mm×250mm

5μm)

流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70)

检测波长为270nm

流速为1.0mL·min-1

柱温为室温。结果:淫羊藿苷在(0.1992～3.984)μg范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998

n=7)

平均加样回收率为98.2%

RSD为2.1%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确

可用于祛痹舒肩丸的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of icariin in Qubi Shujian Pills.Method:The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column(4.0 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with a mobile phase acetonitrile-water(30∶70).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 at the room temperature and the UV detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results:The calibration curve was Livear at the range of((0.199 2)～3.984)μg for the icariin(r=(0.999 8)

n=7).The average recovery rate was 98.2% and RSD was 2.1%(n=6).Conclusion:The method was rapid

sensitive and accurate

and could be used for the quality control of this preparation.
