Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of naringin in Pear Loquat Syrup.Methods: The chromatographic conditions included column Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm
5 μm)
mobile phase: acetonitrile-water-phosphate acid(22∶78∶0.2)
flow rate at 1 mL·min-1
wavelength at 283 nm.Results: The linearity of naringin was in the range of(28.4~142.0)μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)
