摘要

目的:建立甲肿消制剂及灌胃给予甲肿消后大鼠血清中的熊果酸含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC/UV法测定熊果酸的含量

色谱柱:Agilent HC C18柱(4.6mm×250mm

5μm)和Easyguard保护柱

流动相为甲醇∶0.4%乙酸水溶液(88∶12)

检测波长为210nm

流速1mL·min-1。结果:制剂及大鼠血清中熊果酸的回收率分别为(100.54±0.24)%、(96.77±0.92)%

熊果酸在(3.535～141.4)μg·mL-1的浓度范围内线性良好。每克制剂含熊果酸80.87μg

灌胃给予甲肿消后大鼠血清中熊果酸浓度为13.74μg·mL-1。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确

可用于测定制剂及血清中熊果酸的含量。

Abstract

Objective:The determination method of Ursolic acid in Jia Zhong Xiao preparation and blood serum of rat was established.Methods: The RP-HPLC/UV method was applied as follows: Agilent HC C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) and Easyguard column

methanol: 0.4% acetic acid solution(88∶12)as a mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1

UV detection at 210 nm.Results: The mean recovery rates of Ursolic acid in preparation and serum were(100.54±0.24)% and(96.77±0.92)%

respectively.The linearity of Ursolic acid was shown in the range of(3.535～141.4) μg·mL-1.The Ursolic acid in preparation and serum were 80.87 μg.g-1 and 13.74 μg·mL-1.Conclusion:The method was simply

reliable and rapidness.It's quite suitable to be used in the analysis of Ursolic acid in Jia Zhong Xiao preparation and blood serum of rat.
