摘要

目的:建立测定肺炎平胶囊中原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法

色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18(4.6mm×250mm

5μm)

流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(11∶89)

流速为1.0mL·min-1

检测波长为281nm

柱温40℃。结果:原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛线性范围分别是:(0.0824～0.824)μg

r=0.9999;(0.0124～0.124)μg

r=0.9997。平均回收率分别为97.67%

101.68%;RSD为1.31%

2.04%。结论:该法分离好

快速、简便

可作为该产品的质量控制方法。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for determination of protocatechuic acid and protocatechualdehyde in Feiyanping Capsule.Methods: The HPLC separation was performed on Diamonsil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) column with a mixture methanol-0.1% acetic acid solution(11∶89)as the mobile phase

at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Detection wavelength was at 281 nm

and column temperature at 40 ℃.Results: The linear responses of protocatechuic acid and protocatechualdehyde were at a range of(0.082 4～0.824)μg

r=(0.999 9) and((0.012 4)～0.124) μg

r=(0.999 7);the average recoveres were 97.67%

101.68%;RSD 1.31% and 2.04% respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple

accurate

and suitable for quality control of Feiyanping Capsule.
