摘要

目的:建立乳块消片的高效液相色谱指纹图谱

为科学客观地评价其质量提供可靠的方法。方法:利用HPLC-DAD方法

梯度洗脱

测定了12批乳块消片的指纹图谱。色谱条件为:Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm

5μm);流动相:采用甲醇(A)-3%醋酸水(B)体系;流速:1mL·min-1;柱温:30℃;UV检测波长:280nm。结果:12批乳块消片得到的色谱指纹图谱有28个共有峰

通过与对照品的保留时间及紫外光谱的比对

确定3

27号峰分别为丹参素、原儿茶醛、橙皮苷、丹酚酸B。结论:乳块消片的指纹图谱特征性及专属性强

可结合含量测定用于全面控制乳块消片的质量。

Abstract

Objective:To develop a sensitive and specific HPLC method for controlling the quality of Rukuaixiao tablets.Methods:The fingerprinting analysis of Rukuaixiao tablets was carried out on an Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm

5 μm)with methanol and containing water solution as mobile phases in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1

the column temperature was(30 ℃)

and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Result: 28 characteristic peaks were found among 12 batches of samples and four peaks of them identified by being compared with the retention time and the UV spectra of reference substances.Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable with high specificity and can be used for the quality control of Rukuaixiao tablets.
