Stability of Xinshao Freeze-dried Powder for Injection in two Kinds of Infusion
Objective:To study the stability of Xinshao freeze-dried powder for injection in 5% glucose solution and 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Methods: The stability of Xinshao freeze-dried powder for injection was examined by HPLC determining the contents of paeoniflorin and scutellarin
by observing changes in its appearance
pH value and fingerprint chromatogram in 10 h.Results: No changes in color
pH value
insoluble particles
the contents of paeoniflorin and scutellarin and the fingerprint chromatogram.Conclusion: 5% glucose solution and 0.9% sodium chloride solution are compatible with Xinshao freeze-dried powder for injection.
