摘要

目的:观察扶正化痰活血方对2型糖尿病模型大鼠的降血糖作用和对胰岛素抵抗相关指标的改善作用

并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:以链脲佐菌素加高脂饮食造成2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型

观察扶正化痰活血方对大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)、血胰岛素含量(FINS)以及胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的影响

并计算胰岛素敏感指数和胰岛素抵抗指数。结果:扶正化痰活血方不仅可明显降低糖尿病大鼠FBG及HBA1C

还可以降低FINS水平

升高IGF-1含量

使胰岛素敏感指数升高。结论:扶正化痰活血方具有较好的降血糖、升高胰岛素样生长因子-1含量、改善胰岛素抵抗、防治糖尿病并发症的作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of Fuzheng Huatan Huoxue Formula on lowering blood sugar and improving related index of insulin resistance(IR) of type 2 diabetic rats.Methods:To establish type 2 diabetic rats with IR by injecting STZ and giving fat foods.The effects of Fuzheng Huatan Huoxue Formula on blood sugar

insulin resistant index(IRI)and index of insulin sensitivity(ISI)were observed.Results:The treatment group has better effects than the control group in lowering blood sugar

insulin and improving IGF-1 and the sensitive index of insulin(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is verified that Fuzheng Huatan Huoxue Formula has obvious effects on lowering blood sugar

improving index of insulin resistance(IR)

preventing and curing the complications of diabetes.
