Effect of Wanglaoji Liangcha on Immunologic Fanction and Oxidation in Restrained Mice
Objective: To study the effect of Wanglaoji Liangcha(WLJ) on immune system and the antioxidation in restrained mice.Methods: The male C(57)BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal control group
stress control group
125 mg·kg-1 and(500 mg·kg-1) treated with WLJ.The spleen lymphocyte suspension of each group was prepared.The parameters of spleen T cells subsets
NK cell proportion
and NK cell activity were detected by Flow cytometry.The antioxidation states in immune cells were also detected.Results: WLJ regulated T cell subsets
increased the percent of NK cells
and moreover enhanced the cytotoxic activity of NK cell.It also led to significant reduction of the lipid peroxidationn MDA and increase of oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC) of splenocyte.Conclusion: Wanglaoji Liangcha can enhance immunologic function in restraint mice which is relevont with the amelioration of antioxidation in immune cells.
