Influence of Shenqiyixin Granule upon Hemodynamics of Chronic Heart Failure Rats
Objective:To study the effects of Shenqiyixin Granule on hemodynamics parameters of pressure overload heart failure rat model.Methods:A model of heart failure induced by coarctation of abdominal aorta was treated in the study.The drugs were taken by oral for 4 weeks from 4 weeks to 8 weeks after operation.Results:To compere with model
Shenqiyixin Granule can decreased LVEDP、LVSP、dp/dtmax、SAP、cardiac index、high-level of plasma AⅡ and increased lower-level K+ in cardiac tissue.Conclusions:Shenqiyixin Granule may significantly improve hemodynemics and left ventricular function of heart failure rat.
