Effects of Bee Pollen on Anti-oxidation Function in Hybrid Broilers
Objective:To study the effects of bee pollen on anti-oxidation function in hybrid broilers.Methods:272 one-day-old hybrid broilers(COBB 1500 ♂× HISEX ♀) were randomly divided into 4 groups
there were 68 broilers(34 cocks and 34 hens) every group.GroupⅠ was the contrast group;groups Ⅱ

Ⅳ were treatment groups
with 0.5%
1.0%
1.5% bee pollen respectively.At 14

42days old
8 broilers were randomly selected every group
blood serum were collected to determinate the activity of SOD
CAT and GSH-Px
and the content of MDA.Results: Added bee pollen at different doses had significantly(P<0.05
P<0.01) increased the activity of SOD
CAT and GSH-Px
and decreased the content of MDA in serum of hybrid broilers.Conclusions: By adding bee pollen
