摘要

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定红藤方中间体中异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮糖苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法

ACE? C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm

5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(14∶79.4∶0.6)

流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:254nm;柱温:20℃。结果:异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮糖苷的线性为(0.0404～2.02)μg

r=0.99995

平均回收率为99.78%

RSD为1.09%。结论:方法简便

结果准确。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determine isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside in intermediate products of Hongtengfang.Methods: The separation was performed on an ACE C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)column with acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(14∶79.4∶0.6)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1

the wavelength of UV detector was set at 254 nm and the column temperature was set at 20 ℃.Results: The linear relationship of Isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside was in the range of(0.040 4) μg～2.02 μg(r=(0.999 95)).The average recovery of isorhamnetin-3-o-neohesperidoside was 99.78%(n=6)

RSD 1.09 %.Conclusion: The method was simple

rapid and accurate.
