摘要

目的:观察加味鳖甲煎丸对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致肝纤维化大鼠肝组织的保护作用。方法:由皮下注射40% CCl4溶液首次5 mL/kg

以后每周2次

每次3mL/kg

连续注射6周

在病理检查证明造模大鼠肝组织出现肝纤维化后

分组给药

连续给药8周后处死大鼠

病理切片

HE和Masson染色

观察加味鳖甲煎丸对CCl4所致肝纤维化大鼠肝组织病变程度的影响

并对脂质空泡和胶原含量进行定量分析。结果:加味鳖甲煎丸大、中剂量组大鼠肝组织炎性细胞浸润程度、脂质空泡和胶原含量、肝假小叶形成的数量均较模型组大鼠明显减少

肝纤维化病变程度明显减轻。结论:加味鳖甲煎丸对CCl4所致肝纤维化大鼠肝组织有较好的保护作用

可明显减轻其病变程度。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the protective effect of Jiaweibiejiajian Pill(JWBJ) on hepatic fibrosis of rats induced by Carbon Tetrachloride(CCl4).Method:Rats model with hepatic fibrosis was induced by the multiple subcutaneous injections of 40% CCl4

3 mL/kg

twice a week for 6 weeks.When hepatic fibrosis was verified to come into being by pathological examination

the rats were divided into different groups.JWBJ was administrated orally for 8 weeks.Then all rats were sacrificed and their liver were taken out and the pathological sections were stained by HE and Masson.The pathological change

the content of hepatic collagen and hepatic plastin of lives were observed.Result:Compared with model group rats

the number of lipoid vacuolation in liver tissue

collagen fibers deposition

Pseudolobuli and fibroblast hyperplasia

the degree of inflammatory cell filtration

degeneration and necrosis in liver tissue were decreased and alleviated obviously in rats of mediate-dose group and high-dose group of JWBJ.Conclusion:JWBJ showed the protective function for hepatic fibrosis and could alleviate the degree of degeneration and necrosis induced by CCl4.
