Gas Chromatographic Fingerprint for DC.of Chaijing Injection
Objective: To establish GC fingerprint for quality control of volatile oil in Bupleurum chinese DC.of Chaijing Injection.Methods: A sum of 10 batches of Bupleurum Chinese DC.samples were collected and identified.The GC equipped with FID detector
and a Varian CP-Sil 24 CB capillary column was used.The temperature program of column oven was as follows: 50 ℃
held for 3 min;increased at a rate of 2 ℃·min-1 to 110 ℃
then at 6 ℃·min-1 to 250 ℃
held for 5 min.Results: The method had good precision
repeatability and stability(RSD<3%
n=6).The fingerprints from the 10 samples were well-uniformized and the correlative coefficient was over 0.9.Conclution: The fingerprint is reliable and can be used for quality control of volatile oil in Chaijing Injection.
