摘要

目的:建立测定强力天麻杜仲胶囊中天麻素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Agilent Extend C18(250mm×4.6mm

5μm)柱

以甲醇-0.1%乙酸溶液(2∶98)为流动相

流速:1.0mL·min-1;在220nm波长处检测。结果:天麻素在(0.10～1.20)μg范围内呈线性关系

r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为97.26%

RSD为2.10%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便快速

准确性和重复性好

可用于强力天麻杜仲胶囊中的天麻素的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of gastrodin in Qianglitianmaduzhong capsules.Methods: Analytical column was Agilent Extend C18(250 mm×4.6 mm

5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% acetic acid solution(2∶98).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detector wavelength was set at 220 nm.Result: The calibration curve was linear over the range of(0.10～1.20)μg for gastrodin(r=0.999 9).The average recovery(n=5)was 97.26%

RSD was 2.10%.Conclusion: The developed method is convenient rapid and accurate with good reproducibility.It is suitable for the analysis of gastrodin in Qianglitianmaduzhong capsules.
