GC-MS Fingerprint of Volatile Oil from Danggui Buxue Decoction
Objective:To study the main components of volatile oil from Danggui Buxue decoction
and establish the GC-MS fingerprint of its volatile oil.Methods:The main components of volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS.The injector temperature was 250 ℃.The interface temperature was 230 ℃.The flow rate of the carrier gas was 1.3 mL·min-1.The programmed temperature rate was 3 ℃·min-1.Results:11 peaks were separated on GC-MS fingerprint.The main components were tested as trans-ligustilide
butylidene phthalide
n-butylphthalide
and cis-ligustilide.Conclusions:The fingerprint can be used as a referrence for monitoring the stability of volatile oil of Danggui Buxue decoction.
