Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of tricin-7-O-β-D-glucoside in Herba sedi.Methods:YMC-J' Sphere ODS-H80(150 mm×4.6 mm
4 μm) and YMC-pack ODS-A column(250 mm×4.6mm
5 μm) were adopted.The mobile phase consisted of(CH3)2CHOH-H2O-HAC(15∶8∶2)
the detection wavelength was 350 nm.Results: tricin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and other components in herba sedi can be separated
the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.099~0.99 μg with correlation coefficient(0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.04% with RSD 0.81%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple
rapid
reliable.It can be used as quantitative determination for quality control of Herba sedi.
