Objective:In order to establish standard of honey.Methods:The data were collected based on literature and experiment studies of honey.Results:Honey contains sugar and other beneficial constituents and has the pharmacological effects of anti-inflammation and anti-bacteria with wide clinical application.Honey is also an important supplementary materials of Traditional Chinese medicine.The standar of quality and processing technology havent' been established.Conclusions:The standard for honly should be established.
