The Effect of DongMeiYin on Advanced Glycation end Products in the Renal Cortex of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Rats
Objective:To evaluate the effects of DongMeiYin(DMY) on advanced glycation end products(AGEs) in the diabetic rats
and investigate the mechanism of preventing and treating early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:The rat early DN model was induced by injection of streptozotocin(STZ).The changes of the blood glucose
uA1b
uα1-MG and AGEs in the renal cortex and the effects of DMY were observed. Results:The blood glucose
uA1b
uα1-MG and AGEs of the model rats were obviously increased.DMY could decrease the parameters effectively. Conclusion:DMY could inhibits the AGEs and reduce the ua1b
