摘要

目的:建立抗骨质增生胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对抗骨质增生胶囊进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其有效成分的含量。结果:TLC可鉴别出与狗脊相对应的斑点;HPLC法可测定淫羊藿苷的含量。结论:所建立的质量标准简便可行、重复性好

可作为抗骨质增生胶囊的质量监控。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a quality standard for Kangguzhi Zengsheng Capsules.Methods:Kangguzhi Zengsheng Capsules were identified by TLC;and the effective components in Kangguzhi Zengsheng Capsules were determined by HPLC.Results:The relevant spots in Rhizoma cibotii were identified by TLC

the content of icariin was determined by HPLC.Conclusion:The quality standard is simple

feasible and repeatable to be used as quality supervisory control in Kangguzhi Zengsheng Capsules.
