Study on TLC Fingerprint of Prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori from Different Areas
Objective:To establish TLC fingerprint of prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori from different areas.Methods:The samples that the pieces of the root
were mixed thorowghly with black bean juice ana steamed were extracted with methanol.The extrac spotted and developed on a silicagil thin layer plates.The plates were scauned by TLC scannier and the chromatograms were analyzed by principal components analysis(PCA) and cluster analysis.Results:The chromatograms of prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori 11 characteristic common peaks representing anthraquinones and stilbene glucoside were foundon.Conclusion:The fingerprints can be used to classify and identify preapared Radix Polygoni Multiflori rapidly and to evaluate its quality.
