摘要

目的:探讨黄连解毒汤对荷瘤小鼠免疫调节作用。方法:选择H22肝癌小鼠模型

通过检测免疫指标

研究黄连解毒汤对正常小鼠和模型小鼠免疫反应的影响。结果:实验组小鼠的自然杀伤细胞(NK)杀伤活性及T细胞分泌白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的能力均有显著增高(P<0.01

P<0.001)。结论:黄连解毒汤能增强荷瘤小鼠体内NK细胞的杀伤功能及体液免疫功能。

Abstract

Objective:Approach on the immunifaction in tumor-bearing mice by Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(HLJD).Methods:To choose the model of transplanted tumor of hepatocarcinoma cell line H22 in mice

the effects of HLJD on the immunifaction were observed in the normal mice and model ones by detecting the immune indexes.Results:The cytotoxic function of NK cell and the function of T cell producte IL-4 are obviously higher in HLJD treated mice than that in the control group(P<0.01

P<0.001).Conclusion:HLJD could reinforce the cytotoxic function of NK cell and the function of humoral immunity in tumor-bearing mice.
