摘要

目的:建立活血止痛软胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法

以C18色谱柱(5μm

4.6mm×200mm);乙腈∶甲醇∶1%醋酸溶液(1∶1∶5)为流动相;流速为1.0mL/min

检测波长为313nm。结果:阿魏酸在0.025μg～0.8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系

r=0.9999。平均回收率为99.5%

RSD为1.0%。结论:该方法简单、灵敏度高

可用于活血止痛软胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Huoxuezhitong soft capsule.Method:The CenturySIL C18 BDS column(200mm×4.6mm) was used with acetonitrile-methanol-1% acetic acid(1∶1∶5) as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detecting wavelength was 313nm.Result:The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.025 μg～0.8 μg

r=(0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.5% and RSD was 1.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple、rapid and accurate.
