摘要

目的:建立用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定金胆片中龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用YMCODS(4.6mm×150mm

5μm)色谱柱

流动相为乙腈-水(11∶89)

流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为274nm。结果:龙胆苦苷在0.106～1.277μg范围内呈良好的线性关系

r=0.9999

平均回收率为98.73%

RSD为2.7%。结论:本方法简便可行

重复性好

能有效地控制金胆片成品的质量。

Abstract

Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of gentiopicroside in Jindan tabletes.Methods:The separation was performed on YMC ODS(150×6mm

5μm)column with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-water(11∶89).The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detecting wavelength was 274nm.Results:The Calitration curve of gentiopicroside was in the range of 0.11～1.28μg

r=0.9999.The average recovery was 98.7% and RSD was 2.7%.Conclusion:The method is simple

rapid and accurate

and can be used for quality control of Jindan tabletes.
