摘要

目的:优化苦杏仁配方颗粒制备工艺

并建立苦杏仁配方颗粒质量标准。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计安排实验

用薄层色谱(TLC)进行定性鉴别

用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法进行含量测定。结果:苦杏仁的提取工艺为:加10倍量水

煎煮提取3次

每次1.0h

苦杏仁苷转移率可达96%;在薄层色谱中可检出特征斑点;苦杏仁苷进样量在1.9525～9.7625μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)

平均回收率97.64%(RSD=1.40%

n=6)。结论:提取工艺科学合理;HPLC法易于操作

重复性好

能够控制苦杏仁配方颗粒的质量。

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the preparation process and to set up the quality standard of Prunus armeniaca dispensing granules.Methods:Nine experiments were carried out by L9(34)orthogonal design

Prunus armeniaca dispensing granules was identified by TLC and the content of amygdalin was determined by HPLC.Results:The optimal extraction process was as follows:the water was 10 times of the Prunus armeniaca

it was decocted 3 times and each time was sustained for 1 hour.The linear relationship of amygdalin was at the range of 1.952 5～9.762 5μg(r=(0.999 9))

the average recovery was 97.64%(RSD=1.40%

n=6).Conclusion:The extraction process was scientific

the method was available with a good reproducibility and can control the quality of Prunus armeniaca dispensing granules.
