摘要

目的:研究清脂胶囊对饲喂高脂饲料及注射内毒素诱导的炎症小鼠模型炎症介质及血管活性物质水平的影响及经时变化。方法:小鼠喂饲高脂饲料的同时给药10d后腹腔注射内毒素(LPS)360μg/kg

注射LPS后分别于2

6h眶血管丛取血测C反应蛋白(CRP)

白细胞介素-6(IL-6)

肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量。注射LPS后2

6h取抗凝血测血栓素B2(TXB2)

6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)含量。结果:在实验设定的各个时间点

注射LPS后模型组中TXB2

6-keto-PGF1α

CRP

IL-6

TNF-α水平较正常组均有明显升高;清脂胶囊可以明显降低LPS注射后2h和6h血浆中TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α水平

改善6h TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值。明显降低模型小鼠LPS注射后6h血清中IL-6

4h和6h血清中CRP的含量。结论:清脂胶囊主要通过抑制花生四烯酸代谢途径生成的TXB2及6-keto-PGF1α抑制内毒素诱导的炎症反应。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the influence of Qingzhi Capsule on mediators of inflammation and vasoactive substances in the model of LPS attack with high fat diet in mice.Methods:With high fat diet and oral qingzhi capsule for 10 days

then induced by ip.LPS at the last day.The blood was collected immediately from ophthalmovascula clump

To measure the level of plasma TXB2 and 6-k-PGF1α.Results:After ip.LPS in each time point

TXBK2 and 6-K-PGF1α in model group have Obvious difference from the normal group;Qingzhi Capsule had strong effect on prevention of increasing TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1α

Results also indicated depressing of TXB2/6-K-PGF1α ratio in the mice.Qingzhi Capsule depressed the level of CRP at 4h and 6h in the mice with high fat diet and LPS attack

depressed the levels of IL-6 at 6h.Conclusion:Qingzhi Capsule inhibited the expression of inflammatory factors in the mice with high fat diet and LPS attack.
