Study on in Vitro Percutaneous Absorption of Scald Membrane
Objective:To compare in vitro percutaneous absorption of Scald Oil and Scald Membrane.Method:The improved Franz diffusing cells were chosen to study percutaneous absorption of emodin in Scald Oil and Scald Membrane. The content of permeated emodin was determined by HPLC.Result:The penetration and accumulation and steady velocity of emodin in Scald Membrane increased respectively than that of Scald Oil within 12 h.Conclusion:The percutaneous absorption of emodin in redesigned Scald Membrane is better than that of Scald Oil.
