摘要

目的:采用RP-HPLC法对不同品种白芷药材进行指纹图谱的鉴别研究。方法:甲醇回流30min提取

色谱柱为Zorbax(4.6mm×250mm

5μm

Agilient);流动相为A:0.1%冰醋酸乙腈

B:0.1%冰醋酸水

梯度洗脱;检测波长312nm;柱温30℃;流速1.0mL/min。结果:相同品种白芷间相似度高(>0.9)

方法重现性好。结论:RP-HPLC指纹图谱可鉴别白芷和杭白芷。

Abstract

Objective:To Discriminate Angelica dahurica and Angelica dahurica var.formosana by reversed-phase HPLC method.Methods: Sample was extracted with Methyl alcohol for 0.5 h.Analysis was carried out at 30 ℃ on a Zorbax C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)eluted with acetonitrile and water containing 0.1% glacial acetic acid in gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min

and the detection wavelength was 312 nm.Result: The similarity of the same species samples were higher than 0.9

but that of the different species was about 0.7.The method was repeatable.Conclusion: The method could discriminate Angelica dahurica and Angelica dahurica var.formosana.
