摘要

目的:观察水蛭免加热提取物对鞣花酸所致高凝动物模型凝血系统及血小板聚集率的影响。方法:动物灌胃给药

小鼠尾静脉注射鞣花酸制造高凝动物模型

以剪尾法测定出血时间(BT);眼球采血

玻片法测定凝血时间(CT)。大鼠舌下静脉注射鞣花酸

腹主动脉采血

用试剂盒测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)

PT法测定凝血因子Ⅱ的活性

按吴氏法测定循环血小板聚集率。结果:水蛭免加热提取物能延长高凝模型小鼠的BT、CT和高凝模型大鼠的PT、APTT

抑制凝血因子Ⅱ的活性

降低血小板聚集率。结论:水蛭免加热提取物对高凝模型动物具有抗凝血、抗血小板聚集作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of non-heating leech extract on coagulation system and platelet aggregation in the model of blood hypercoagulable state induced by ellagic acid in mice and rats.Methods:The model of blood hypercoagulable state was established by intravenous injection of ellagic acid in mice and rats.Bleeding time(BT)

clotting time(CT)

prothrombin time(PT)

active part thrombin time(APTT)

activity of coagulation factor Ⅱ and platelet aggregation were examined to observe the effect of non-heating leech extract on coagulation system and platelet aggregation after oral administration.Results:Non-heating leech extract was able to prolong BT and CT in the model mice

PT and APTT in the model rats and to decrease activity of coagulation factor Ⅱ and platelet aggregation in the model rats.Conclusion:Non-heating leech extract produces anticoagulant and antiplatelet aggregation actions in the animal model of blood hypercoagulable state.
