Protective Effect of NingXinDiWan on Acute Myocardial Infarction in Rats
Objective:To observe the protective effects of NingXinDiWan(NXDW) on acute myocardial infarction in rats.Methods:The model acute myocardial infarction of rat was induced by ligating anterior branch of the left coronary artery.The change of ECG
and the level of CK
LDH
SOD
MDA
TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a were determined
the infarction area of myocardium was also observed.Results:NXDW could obviously refrain the elevated J of ECG
decrease the infarction area of myocardium
reduce the level of CK、LDH、MDA and TXB2
and increase the level of SOD and 6-keto-PGF1a
Conclusion:NXDW can protect myocardium from injury induced by ligating anterior branch of left coronary artery in rats.
