gene array and embryonic stem cell(ESC) technology
the article summerized the feature of these modern technologies and their application in heredity toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Ames test
micronuclei experiment and SCGE have been used to assess toxicity of new drugs
and widely applied in the research of TCM toxicity.Meanwhile
gene array and ESC technology developed in recent years are incomparable for their high precision
high throughput and low expenditure.Although their application in TCM toxicity is still in initial stage
these modern technologies will become more and more improtant in the research of heredity toxicity of traditional Chinese drugs.
