Study on Antipyretic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Naoreqing Oral Liquid
Objective:To study antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Naoreqing oral liquid.Method:The models of infected and noninfected fever induced by bacterium endotoxin and 2
4-binitro-phenol
were used to observe the antipyretic effects of Naoreqing oral liquid.Models of acute inflammatory reactions of xylene-induced mouse ear edema and H+-induced mouse capillary permeability enhancement were performed to study the anti-inflammatory effects. Results:Naoreqing oral liquid indicated inhibition in the risting scope of temperature of the febrile rabbits.Naoreqing oral liquid significantly suppressed xylene-induced mouse ear edema and H+-induced mouse capillary permeability enhancement. Conclusion:Naoreqing oral liquid manifested obvious anti-inflammatory effects on acute inflammatory reactions. The febrile reactions induced by infective and noninfective factors were significantly relieved by Naoreqing oral liquid.
