Determination of Optimum Dosage of Ingredieunts in XingShenFang by Uniform-design Method
Object:To define the optimum dosage of two main ingredients in XingShengFang.Method:Uniform-design method combined with pharmacyodynamics(hypnogenetic effects of sodium pentobarbital and roating bar tolerance observed in rats was used in the study)was used to screening the optimnm dose of ingredients in XingShengFang.Result:The optimnm dosage of Ginsenoside was 2.86mg/20g and the extracts from green tea
14.19mg/20g.They could notably prolong the persisting time on the roating bar and shorten the sleeping time caused by sodium pentobarbital. Conclusion:It would be possible to use uniform-design combined with pharmacyodynamics method in defining the optimal dosage of ingredients in XingShenFang.
