Objective:To determine the contents of dissolved astragaloside in Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang(HQGZWWT) and its compatible recipes.Methods:The contents of Astragaloside was determined by HPLC
the analysis was carried on an Hypersil C_(18)(4.6×250mm
5μm) column eluted with methanol-water(20∶80) as mobile phase and detected at 201nm
with flow rate 1.0mL/min.Results:The contents of dissolved astragaloside were different in the different combinations of the herbal drags dissimilar team.It was 0.076% in HQGZWWT and in Huang-Gui

the contents of astragaloside were 0.079%、0.069%、0.061%、0.055% and 0.062% respectively.Conclusion:Radix Astrageli combined with dissimilar Chinese drugs in HQGZWWT would evidently affect the contents of dissolved Astragaloside.
