摘要

目的:建立晕可定颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对晕可定颗粒中远志、枳实、干姜进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定柚皮苷的含量。结果:TLC鉴别出与远志、枳实、干姜对照药材相对应的斑点;HPLC法测定出柚皮苷的量在0.3～3.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)

平均回收率为99.5%

RSD为1.2%(n=5)。结论:所建立的定性定量方法专属性强

重复性好

可以作为晕可定颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a quality standard of Yunkeding granule.Methods:Radix polygalae

Fructus aruantii immaturus

and Rhizoma zingiberis in Yunkeding granule were identified by TLC methods;the content of naringin was determined by HPLC methods.Results:The relevant spots in Radix polygalae

Fructus aurantii immaturus and Rhizoma zingiberis were identified;the linearity of naringin was in the range of 0.3～3.0μg(r=0.9998) and the average recovery was 99.5%

RSD=1.2%(n=5).Conclusion:These methods are exclusive and repeatable

which can be used as the quality control of Yunkeding granule.
