摘要

目的:探讨中药复方金黄Ⅰ号体外对流感病毒(A1、A3)抑制作用

为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:建立体外病毒感染模型

通过三神给药方式

采用细胞病变法(CPE)和MTT法观察金黄Ⅰ号对流感病毒感染细胞的保护作用。结果:金黄Ⅰ号在先感染病毒后加药、先加药后感染病毒、感染病毒同时加药三种给药方式下对A1、A3病毒感染的细胞存活量均高于病毒对照组。结论:金黄Ⅰ号具有体外抗流感病毒作用

其作用机制是多途径的。

Abstract

Objective:This study is to investigate the inhibitory effect of JINHUANG-1 against influenza(A1、A3)virus in vitro and provide a basis to clinical application.Methods:CPE and MTT were applied to observe the protective function of JINHUANG-1 administered in three different ways (administration after infection

administration before infection

administration upon infection)cells infected with influenza virus established in vitro infection model.Results:There is a significant difference between the JINHUANG-1 group in all three administered ways and the control group.Conclusion:JINHUANG-1 has anti-influenza function in vitro and the mechanism is to be further investigated.
