Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction Products of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae
Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction products of the Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.Method:The capillary GC-MS was used to analyze the samples.Rusult:60 compounds were identified and their relative contents were determined.Conclusion:Compared with the distillation method
SFE is an efficient and stable method.The percentage of the products extracted by SFE was 3.6%.The results also showed that the products extracted by SFE can reserve all the useful compounds.
