Objective:To study the effects of Shunxuekang(SXK) capsule on anti-thrombus.Method:We used the model rats of electro stimulation or venous thrombus to observe the effects of anti-thrombus of SXK capsule
and studied the probable mechanism of SXK capsule on blood coagulation
hemorrheology
platelet function.Results:SXK capsule could markedly prolong thrombosis time in rats
could markedly decrease the weight of venous thrombin
could markedly prolong clotting time in rats
could markedly decrease the whole blood viscosity
plasma relative viscosity
serene relative viscosity
and could markedly inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP.Conclusion:SXK capsule had markedly inhibitory effects on thrombus.
