Quantitative Determination of Rudin in Flos Sophorae by TLCS
OBJECTIVE:To establish a TLCS method for determination of Rutin in Flos sophorae.METHOD:A TLCS method was used.The developer was ethyl accetate-butanone-butanol-formic acid-water(10:6:1:2:2)and the determination wavelength was 360nm.RESULTS:The regression equation was Y=0.3422+2.1917×10-4x.(r=0.9997).the average recovery was 98.55%
RSD=1.39%(n=5)。CONCLUSION:This method is simple and sensitive with good repeatability.
