Influence of Two Kinds of Active Components from Panax Notoginseng on NO and iNOS in Inflammatory Metrorrhagia Model of
Objective:To explore the influence of two kinds of active components from Panax notoginseng on NO and iNOS on inflammatory Metrorrhagia model of Macaca multatta. Methods:Eleven normal menorrhea adult Rhesus monkeys were choosed as research object
and were divided into model group (four)
TCM group(four) and Control group(three) at random.Colorimetric method were performed to estimate the activity of NO and iNOS in of model group
TCM group and normal control group
the immunohistochemical S-p were performed to estimate the express level of iNOS in the endometrium of the three groups.Result:Compared to the model group
the activity of No and iNOS and the express level of iNOS in the endometrium of TCM gorup was obviously weaker
which are similar to that of the normal group.Conclusion:NO may be involred in the pathogenesis of inflammatory Metrorrhagia.Two kinds of active components from Panax notoginseng reduce inflammatory Metrorrhagia by regulating the activities of NO and iNOS and the express level of iNOS in the endometrium.
