Optimizing the Extracting Process for Radix Astragali with Uniform Design
Objective:To explore the optimum extracting technique of Radix Astragali.Method:The extraction process was investigated using uniform design
with the content of astragaloside Ⅳ as the detecting index.Conclusion:This process is simple
reliable and suitable for industrialized production.Results:The exacting process were optimized as follows:the drug was extracted 3 times for a hour with eight fold volume of 85% ethanol.
