摘要

目的:探讨活络止痛汤的消炎作用机理。方法:将SD大鼠随机分成5组

观察药物对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀及炎足局部组织液中前列腺素(PGE2)含量的影响。结果:主要炎症介质PGE2含量测定

活络止痛汤大小剂量组和益肾蠲痹丸组与模型组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)；抑制模型大鼠炎症的作用

活络止痛汤各剂量组和益肾蠲痹丸组明显优于模型组。结论:活络止痛汤对炎症组织中PGE2含量有明显降低作用

对于实验性炎症有明显抑制作用。
